What we do
The Mayor’s Office of Women Engagement (MOWE) welcomes women, girls, and people who identify as female. MOWE connects with women from all walks of life in neighborhoods across Philadelphia.
Women can wield their collective power by participating in MOWE’S year-round activities. Our annual One Philly Wonder Women Tour visits each City Council district. The tour is meant to spread awareness about City programs related to housing, health, and wellness. Women can even serve as co-hosts on the tour.
Our programming focuses on the following:
- Economic opportunity
- Gender equality
- Health and wellness
- Social justice
MOWE is part of the Mayor's Office of Constituency Engagement.
