The Mayor’s Office of Women Engagement Committee (MOWE Committee) ensures that women, girls, and people who identify as female can experience neighborhood programs, events, and MOWE’s activities, like the annual One Philly Wonder Woman Tour.

MOWE also introduces participants to the City’s Neighborhood Community Action Centers (NCACs). Action center representatives can help you with any concern, interest, or issue related to a City department or agency. NCACs work with residents from start to resolution.

The MOWE Committee was created in 2024 to uphold the Parker Administration’s vision of a government that you can see, touch, and feel.
