The Mayor’s Office of Women Engagement Committee (MOWE Committee) ensures that women and girls experience programs, events, and activities that help to promote services available through local government.

Created in 2024, the committee’s goal is to support the Parker Administration’s vision of a government that you can see, touch, and feel, by engaging women to serve on the committee and help create programs that improve quality of life and build healthier communities.

We ensure women are aware of the Neighborhood City Halls (NCH). NCHs are located in each councilmember’s district. NCH representatives work with residents from start through resolution to address concerns, interests, and issues related to City departments and agencies.
