PHILADELPHIA – Yesterday, the Managing Director announced that a Snow Emergency will be declared for the City of Philadelphia beginning at 6 a.m. today, Thursday, February 18, 2021. The following additional updates are now available:

City Buildings Closed: Due to the declared Snow Emergency, and projected continued accumulation through this afternoon, City of Philadelphia offices will be closing at Noon (12 p.m.) today, February 18, 2021.

Free Library of Philadelphia and Recreation Centers will be closed for in-building services today.
