To kick off National EMS Week, the Philadelphia Fire Department will recognize the Paramedic and EMT of the Year. Paramedic David Reynolds and EMT Emily Serrano are being recognized for the critical care they provided to a full-term pregnant woman who suffered life-threatening injuries in a car accident.
