The Social Service Division provides case management services to all inmates through social workers assigned at each PPS facility.  Social workers conduct orientation, intake interviews and needs assessments, refer to in-house and external programs, develops individual service and discharge plans, provide informational counseling, prepare adjustment and progress reports, advocacy, acts as a liaison with other city and law enforcement entities, and assist in accessing reentry resources.
