Restorative and Transitional Services

The Restorative and Transitional Services Division is comprised of the Units of Social Service, O.P.T.I.O.N.S., Chaplaincy Services, Volunteer Service, Psychological Services, Correctional Industries (PHILACOR) and Inmate Education.  Each Unit provides direct service to incarcerated persons who court stipulated or voluntarily request enrollment.   

 

System wide programs are provided at each PPS facility in addition to specific programs for targeted populations.  Inmates with Limited English Proficiency have access to a bi-lingual social worker and programs.
