Roseanne Duzinski has been employed by the Philadelphia Prison System since 1975.  She is a graduate of Chestnut Hill College, with a degree in Political Science.  She also has attended numerous professional training programs during her career in the Philadelphia Prison System.

Her first assignment was in the Philadelphia Prisons Research and Development Unit, where she worked until undertaking her current assignment in the Contracts Unit in February 2003.  While in the Research and Development Unit, she obtained funding to initiate many programs that currently exist in the PPS including the female OPTIONS program and PLATO.

She also was the program manager for many projects, including the first computer system at PPS as well as the design of both 600 University Avenue and the Cambria Community Center.  In her current assignment as PPS Contracts Administrator and Compliance Manager, she and her very capable staff manage all PPS professional services contracts.
