Each scholarship applicant's file includes an application listing applicant's name, address, birth date, educational background, employment, if any, and names of persons acting as recommendations; a high school transcript; certification of residence; announcements of awards and renewals; family information and statement of family income, expenditures, assets and liabilities; a copy of College Board scores; college or university transcripts filed each semester; and general correspondence of student with Board. Also included with these files are general correspondence of Board membership; lists of awards, scoring sheets of the Board and lists of renewals. These files are a sample representing approximately 25 % of the scholarships awarded in this period.
