- The functions of this office are performed by the agency currently called the Mayor's Action Center.
- Agency History
- The Mayor's Office of Consumer Services achieved independence from the Mayor's Office of Information and Complaints (MOIC) in January 1972. It continued an independent existence as an agency in the Mayor's Office until 15 March 1985 when it was reunited with the Mayor's Action Center (formerly MOIC) under Executive Order 85-2.
