- The 15th Survey District was created in 1925 from the 9th Survey District to cover part of the 42nd Ward (West Oak Lane), west of Broad Street and north and east of Stenton Avenue and Wister Avenue. It was abolished in 1932 and the territory became part of the 5th Survey District.
