Find a public computer center

You can use a computer at locations across the city. Many public computer centers also have digital skills classes and onsite staff to help you navigate the web or use the computer.

Public computer centers are part of the City’s Digital Equity Plan.

Library branches

All branches of the Free Library of Philadelphia offer public access to computers.

Rec centers and community organizations

Other organizations also offer computer access to the public. Hours vary by location. Call the computer center you’d like to visit to ask when they’re open.
