Chew Playground is a 2.8-acre site that features:

  • Playground equipment.
  • A pool.
  • A basketball court.
  • Sports fields.
  • A community garden.

The site also has a multipurpose room that hosts various community activities.

Project Status: Received Improvements

Improvements include:

  • 18 inches of soil remediation throughout entire site allowing for athletic activity to resume
  • New sodded football field with new field goal posts
  • Updated benches and bleachers throughout site
  • Re-graded baseball infield with new infield mix
  • New fencing improvements throughout site (interior and exterior)
  • New trees
