The Philadelphia Public Service Fellowship (Philly Fellows) provides a testing ground for the City’s new economic mobility initiatives. Through this program, we develop the next generation of public servants.
Fellows serve in various City departments for nine months. As a result, departments have more capacity for City initiatives that address the root causes of poverty and increase access to economic mobility for all Philadelphians.
Philadelphia Public Service Fellows support their projects through a specific set of goals and activities. Fellows will fall into one of the following fellowship tracks:
