Our team will review applications on a rolling basis during the application cycle.

Be sure to draft or update your resume to reflect your relevant skills and experience. Check out the template we provide in the application.

You must provide your resume and a personal statement with your application. We encourage you to use our rubric as you write your personal statement.

4
After our team reviews your resume and personal statement, we may invite you for a first-round interview!

This interview will help us learn more about you and your preferred fellow track, focus area, and project interests.

5
If your first-round interview is successful, you may be invited for second-round interviews with host City departments.
6
If you complete at least one second round interview, we'll send you a feedback form. You must complete this form to be considered for placement in the fellowship.

On the form, you’ll share whether you’re interested in any of the projects for which you interviewed. You can also give feedback on the interview process.

The team uses your feedback, along with each hiring supervisor’s feedback, to inform placement decisions.

If you're selected as a fellow, you’ll receive an offer from the Philadelphia Public Service Fellowship staff.
