Housing and Disability Technical Assistance Program

Providing information and resources for accessible housing to people with disabilities.

About

The Housing and Disability Technical Assistance Program (TAP) provides information for people with disabilities about:

  • Accessible housing opportunities in Philadelphia.
  • Fair housing laws and regulations.
  • Financial and technical resources.
  • New public and private housing projects.

TAP is sponsored by the Division of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). Along with our local partners—which include disability advocacy groups, housing counseling agencies, developers, and other public service agencies—we connect residents with accessible housing.
