The Department of Licenses and Inspections (L&I) issues licenses to businesses. This page includes applications for business licenses that include: pawn shops, precious metal dealers, those who use scales or scanners, deal in hazardous materials, or do hot work.
You can apply for these licenses online or take your application to the Permit and License Center in the MSB Concourse. Do not mail applications.
