The Parker Administration is tackling Philadelphia’s housing challenges head on. On March 24, 2025, Mayor Cherelle L. Parker announced her proposed H.O.M.E. Housing Plan for producing and preserving 30,000 units of housing to a special session of City Council. The Administration has also delivered a public presentation of the plan and released its proposed budget.
