The Department of Licenses and Inspections (L&I) issues licenses to those operating entertainment businesses. These licenses include: Special Assembly Occupancy License, Event Promotor Registration and Carnival License.
You can apply for these licenses online or take your application to the Permit and License Center in the MSB Concourse. Do not mail applications.
