Community Umbrella Agencies Scorecard

The Philadelphia Department of Human Services (DHS), in partnership with the Community Umbrella Agencies (CUAs) present the first Improving Outcomes for Children (IOC) CUA Scorecard—bringing an unprecedented level of transparency, accountability, and commitment to the immense responsibility of serving Philadelphia children and youth who have been impacted by abuse or neglect. IOC is a public-private partnership, where collaboration is key. By measuring the elements that are proven to help children involved with child welfare succeed, the CUA Scorecards ensure that our focus is always on improving outcomes for children, youth, and families.
