The Low-income Real Estate Tax Freeze application deadline for 2025 has been extended to September 30, the program’s new official deadline. You can apply online at the Philadelphia Tax Center, by mail, or in person at one of our service centers.

The City of Philadelphia will “freeze” your Real Estate Tax if you meet certain income requirement. Use the form below to apply for the Low-income Real Estate Tax Freeze. Applications are due on September 30 each year. You can also apply online.
