The Department of Licenses and Inspections (L&I) presented a webinar to the public to review permit application and inspection requirements for construction and demolition projects affecting adjacent properties. This session covered relevant code provisions, common conditions, application procedures, and inspection protocols, in addition to providing step-by-step guidance on completing the new Preconstruction Survey Summary Form and Monitoring Form.
