The PHDC Annual Housing Fair Presented by Independence Blue Cross returns to Temple University’s campus on Saturday, September 23, 2026, for the fourth year in a row, bringing Philly residents ALL THINGS HOUSING! PHDC is the City of Philadelphia’s full-service community development non-profit agency and works closely with the City’s Department of Planning and Development.
The Housing Fair provides a one-stop shop for valuable information and services for current homeowners, first-time homebuyers, renters, landlords, and individuals interested in learning more about homeownership, property maintenance, development opportunities, and other housing-related resources.
With more than 100 exhibitors, attendees will have an all-access opportunity to connect with mortgage lenders, City-funded housing counseling organizations, real estate professionals, insurance agents, contractors, homebuilders, representatives from various City of Philadelphia departments, legal services organizations, and other experts across the housing industry.
The Housing Fair will also feature a variety of interactive experiences, workshops, and family-friendly activities for all ages, including:

The PHDC Annual Housing Fair Presented by Independence Blue Cross will be held September 26th, 2026, 10 A.M. to 3 P.M. at Temple University’s Aramark STAR Complex (1816 N. 15th Street).
