The Lunch & Learn series is free and open to owner-occupied homeowners, commercial property owners, accountants and tax preparers, certified public accountants (CPAs), landlords, housing counselors, legal service representatives, and community partners.

The Office of Property Assessment (OPA) has completed its 2027 property valuations. Notices began going out on June 29, and many property owners may have already received theirs. You can also view your updated property value at property.phila.gov.

On July 15, the Department of Revenue, in partnership with the OPA and the Board of Revision of Taxes (BRT), will explain property revaluations, appeal options, and programs that may help reduce your Real Estate Tax bill. Don’t miss out!
