With COVID-19 vaccine rates increasing and changes to the City’s safer-at-home policies, City offices are reopening for more in-person services. While we are eager to welcome back our water customers to the Municipal Services Building in Center City, there are many water bill services you can continue to enjoy remotely. Whether it is paying your water bills or applying to become a water customer, you can do it online, without having to wait in line.

For example, tenants can put a water bill in their name by completing our fillable application form and emailing it to wrb.contactintake@phila.gov, along with the required documents. Title companies can make water settlement or payoff requests by completing the water payoff request form and emailing it to wateramountdue@phila.gov.

Here is a list of all water services you can access online:

You can also enroll in our e-billing platform to view, pay or print a copy of your water bill online. You will need your access code (a 9-digit number found on your bill) and your zip code to enroll. If your bill is lost, call us at (215) 685-6300 to request your code and print a copy online.
