After you’ve obtained your permit, you can make an appointment to visit MSB and pick up the plans you submitted with your permit application.

You MUST have an appointment and follow safety instructions to be allowed to pick up your plans at MSB.

Onsite plans and requirements for beginning construction

You are not authorized to commence construction until you have your permit posted and approved plans onsite. Also, L&I must perform an initial inspection before work begins.
