The Philadelphia Department of Revenue collected 96.4% of property taxes in the year they were billed, according to preliminary Fiscal Year 2019 figures. That was a historic high for the City.

There’s another figure we like to highlight: $150 million. That’s the amount Revenue spent on homeowner assistance programs – $40 million more than in FY18.
