MORE THAN 150 FREE EVENTS COMING TO PHILADELPHIA PARKS THIS SUMMER
From vertical gardening and window box workshops to flea markets and family movies, more than 150 free events will be offered this summer and fall through this year's Summer in the Neighborhood Series, sponsored by the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society's Philadelphia Green program, the Department of Parks and Recreation and PNC Bank.
