In most instances, these guidelines will help determine the materials required for submission to the Architectural Committee and the Historical Commission. Applicants are urged to consult with the Commission staff early in the planning process in the preparation of a permit application. The staff will assist in determining the level of documentation needed for a specific project.
General Submission Guidelines:
- The submission should include:
- one (1) copy of the building permit application
- seven (7) copies of the plans, elevations, sections and/or specifications
- one (1) copy of the plans, elevations, sections and/or specifications reduced to 8½" x 11" or 11" x 17"
- one (1) copy of labeled and dated photographs
- All plans submitted must be folded to fit into a 9"x12" envelope, not rolled.
- Materials for submission to the Architectural Committee are due at the Commission office nine (9) working days in advance of the Committee meeting. See the meeting calendar for exact dates.
