Ce que nous faisons

En tant que membre du Département de la planification et du développement, la Commission historique de Philadelphie protège les ressources historiques de la ville. En collaboration avec ses comités consultatifs, la commission :

Le personnel de la commission examine les demandes de permis de construire et les candidatures au registre/registraire. Au besoin, ils transmettent les candidatures au comité approprié. Le personnel :

  • Approuve plus de 90 % des demandes de permis de construire sans les renvoi/envoyer chez un spécialiste.
  • Informe le public des règles et des processus de la commission.
  • Donne des conseils sur les techniques de conservation.
  • Aide le public à faire des recherches sur l'historique de ses propriétés.

    The Historical Commission will hold its Friday, September 8, 2023 meeting remotely using the Zoom Webinar platform. You can watch/listen and speak during the live meetings using your computer, tablet, or smartphone on Zoom. You can listen and speak during the live meetings on your telephone.

    The meeting agenda, applications, nomination materials, and recent meeting minutes are available on the Historical Commission's Public Meetings page. The Historical Commission will consider adopting the minutes of its most recent meeting at the upcoming meeting. The advisory committee minutes are not formally adopted, but are considered drafts until reviewed by the Historical Commission at the meeting.
