Cecil B. Moore Recreation Center is a 7.3-acre site with playground equipment, a pool, sports fields, track, volleyball court, basketball courts and tennis courts. Located in Philadelphia’s Strawberry Mansion neighborhood, it’s near the Murrell Dobbins CTE High School, a neighborhood community school.
