Enhancing neighborhood pride with $100,000 investments in beautification improvements for selected blocks.
The Curbside Appeal Program invests in beautifying residential blocks. The program aims to enhance neighborhood collaboration, community building, and quality of life for Philadelphia residents, while strengthening neighborhood identity and pride.
Selected blocks will receive up $100,000 and residents may choose to invest in any of the following improvements:
This program is part of Mayor Cherelle L. Parker’s H.O.M.E. Initiative.

This year's Curbside Appeal Program funding has been awarded to the following blocks:
The 2026 application period is closed. We will start accepting applications again in the spring of 2027. We will update this page when applications reopen.
The Division of Housing and Community Development works with specific Neighborhood Advisory Committees to collect applications for this program.
