Fill out this form if you or your organization is exempt from paying for the Commercial Trash Fee (also known as Refuse Collection Fee). You are exempt if:
- You use a private hauler.
- You own the property and reside in it full time, without any tenants.
- The property is a house of worship.
- The property is vacant.
