The documents below contain step-by-step instructions to log in to the Philadelphia Tax Center for the first time if you:

Have an existing tax account with the City, or
Are a new taxpayer or tax professional.

If you are an existing taxpayer, the account verification process includes receiving a physical letter in the mail. It may take you a week or more to complete the initial setup, but this allows us to keep your tax and personal information safe.
