Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) employer notice

The Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) is a federal tax refund for working individuals and families who meet certain eligibility requirements. Employers in Philadelphia are required to give their employees information about the EITC when they provide W-2, 1099, or comparable forms for a tax year.

Employers can download the notification flyer below and distribute it to employees to meet the requirement.
