The Department of Public Health has procured supplies of at-home test kits for distribution to residents through a community-based organization (CBO) rapid test kit distribution program.

The purpose of this program is to improve the availability of free rapid testing across Philadelphia, particularly among populations in areas with limited access to healthcare and COVID-19 vaccination and testing services.

Application forms are available in English, Spanish, and Simplified Chinese. CBOs that wish to participate should read the program information sheets below before applying.
