What we do

PHLgovTV (formerly Channel 64) is part of the Philadelphia Cable Television Franchise Authority and is the broadcast network for City government agencies and departments.

The goal of this channel is to provide information about City services, attractions, and activities. Programming includes news, legislative affairs, announcements, and public notices from the City of Philadelphia.

PHLgovTV is available by livestream and on Xfinity Channel 64 and Fios Channel 40. To accommodate live material, broadcast scheduling delays may occur.
