Nadir Jones is the Director of the Office of Business Impact and Economic Advancement (BIEA) under Mayor Cherelle L. Parker. He brings more than two decades of leadership in civil rights and diversity program management across the public and private sectors, including leading and expanding global supplier diversity initiatives at CBRE Group across multiple countries, with a focus on procurement strategies, compliance oversight, and supply chain diversification. He is leading a citywide effort to expand access to opportunity and drive inclusive economic growth.

He oversees BIEA’s core divisions, including the Office of Economic Opportunity and the Office of Business Growth, advancing procurement strategy, compliance, and supply chain diversification to increase participation in City contracting. His work is focused on strengthening pipelines, removing barriers, and delivering measurable economic impact for businesses and communities.
