What we do

The Office of Business Impact and Economic Advancement (BIEA) develops and implements policies and programs that support access to City contracting opportunities and promote business growth.

The office works to strengthen business capacity, connect businesses to resources, and support participation in City opportunities. Through these efforts, BIEA helps foster a strong and competitive business environment across Philadelphia.
