What we do
The Capital Program Office manages the engineering, architectural, and project management operations for more than 200 capital projects citywide. This includes improvements at:
- Parks and recreation centers
- Libraries
- Fire and police stations
- Health centers
- Other City-owned facilities and locations
We develop strategies that improve the City's capacity to implement capital projects. We also administer the finances and budgets related to these projects. Our working groups include:
- Health and Human Services
- Central Facilities
- Public Safety
- Rebuild
As an office, we work to transform City facilities with essential improvements that keep our spaces safe, modern, and functional.
