The value of a home is more than just a number on paper. It is the foundation to building financial stability and generational wealth.

As a part of Mayor Parker’s H.O.M.E. Initiative, the Home Appraisal Bias Program aims to address inequities in the home appraisal process, create career opportunities and build a steady pipeline of diverse home appraisers.

The City’s Office of Property Assessment also needs qualified assessors to accurately evaluate land and property.
