The Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation (PHDC) Annual Housing Fair is back! It kicks off at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 26, at the Temple University Aramark Student Training and Recreation (STAR) Complex, 1816 N. 15th Street.
PHDC’s Annual Housing Fair will provide resources to landlords, property managers, renters, first-time homebuyers, and developers who are interested in homeownership, learning how to repair and maintain a home, and development opportunities to:
- Connect with representatives from City departments.
- Speak with lenders, contractors, housing counselors, and insurance agents.
- Learn how to protect generational assets.
The fair is also an opportunity to build connections, close deals, and own the spotlight at an event that attracts more than 1,500 attendees.
If you’re ready to network with other landlords and property managers, potential tenants, and City of Philadelphia and other housing industry experts, reserve your spot today!
If you’re interested in becoming an exhibitor, email Shelvia Williams for more information.
