The free app connects residents and visitors to events and experiences as Philadelphia’s robust calendar of 250th celebrations continue through year’s end.
Philadelphia’s America 250 celebration continues with dozens of free neighborhood festivals, exhibitions and community events across the city, all easy to find on the continually updated Access Philly app. Mayor Cherelle L. Parker launched the free app in March as the city’s real-time guide to Philadelphia’s historic 2026 celebration. Since then, it has been downloaded more than 30,000 times. Now, a new scavenger hunt is making it even more fun to explore everything Philadelphia has to offer.
Launching today exclusively on Access Philly, the Bells Across Philadelphia Scavenger Hunt invites residents and visitors to find artist-designed Liberty Bell replicas installed in neighborhoods citywide.
- Find five bells and you’re entered to win passes to the Franklin Institute, the Philadelphia Zoo, the African American Museum in Philadelphia, the Museum of the American Revolution, or the Philadelphia Museum of Art Contemporary Craft Show. Plus, access to one pair of tickets to the City’s suite at Lincoln Financial Field to experience Foo Fighters on August 13, one pair of tickets to the City’s suite at Xfinity Mobile Arena to experience UFC 330: Makhachev vs. Machado Garry on August 15, and one pair of tickets to the Philadelphia Phillies with Flo Rida Postgame Concert at Citizens Bank Park on August 18.
- The more bells participants find, the more prizes they can unlock. Live Nation Northeast is contributing 100 concert tickets to shows across the region. Additional prizes include autographed MLB All-Star swag, tickets to cheer on the Phillies, Flyers, 76ers, and Union, tickets to live entertainment at the Dell Music Center, brunch and dinner cruises along the Delaware River from Philadelphia City Cruises, access to this year’s sold-out Dîner en Blanc Philadelphia, and more.
“From the very beginning of this historic year, Philadelphians have been at the heart of the City’s America 250 celebration, and that spirit will continue in the events and experiences still to come,” said Mayor Cherelle L. Parker. “We have worked to make these once-in-a-generation celebrations accessible to everyone across our city. Through the generosity of our partners who donated prizes, the Bells Across Philadelphia scavenger hunt gives residents and visitors alike a chance to further explore our neighborhoods, celebrate what makes Philadelphia special, and win tickets to share in the excitement of Philly’s biggest year.”
