Get ready for Philly Fair 250, a massive three-day festival coming to West Fairmount Park’s Centennial District! This historic celebration brings together culture, music, food, and family fun from Saturday, June 20, through Monday, June 22.
Join the fun from 2:00p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, and 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday.
Here is what you can look forward to:
- Sky-High Views: Take a ride in a hot air balloon for stunning views of the Philly skyline. Don’t miss the giant American Flag balloon on display Saturday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Thrill and Food: Try flying on a real trapeze with expert instructors. Then, grab a bite at food trucks featuring cuisines inspired by the original 13 colonies.
- Fun Prizes: Grab a PHL Passport, collect stamps around the festival, and enter to win cool prizes
- Live Music: Catch incredible concerts across two stages.
The Pennsylvania Lottery Groove Stage features major headliners:
- Saturday: Gerald Veasley’s Unscripted Jazz (with Carol Riddick and Karen Briggs), Taiko Drummers, Philly Sound Exchange, and a workout with Noel Davis.
- Sunday: Philly’s own Pink Sweat$, plus the KIPP Orchestra, Sing That Jawn, and a Noel Davis workout.
The Parks & Recreation Community Stage shines a spotlight on local talent:
- Saturday: “I AM PHL” contest winners Corinne Xu, Qixuan Wang, and Charles James. You will also see the West Powelton Steppers, Sanovia, Joshua Mitchell, Gobbana, and Ronnie Wriggles.
- Sunday: The local showcase continues with more regional artists and community performers throughout the afternoon.
