Forensic Behavioral Health RFP The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite qualified Applicants to apply for funding to conduct forensic behavioral health evaluations for child welfare-involved individuals/families. For the purposes of this contract, the term “forensic” is defined as any evaluation that is ordered by the court or might reasonably be expected to be submitted to the court. Qualified Applicants will have the ability to provide a range of evaluation services needed to assist DHS and family court with varied aspects of case planning and decision-making. Applicant may be an individual clinician, a practice comprised of multiple practitioners, or an agency with the ability to contract with qualified providers. Applicant can be a private non-profit or a for-profit organization. Applicant cannot be a government agency.
