COVID Safety Rules

No matter what sport you play, three key safety rules apply:

  • Wear a mask
    • All coaches and participants must wear masks while on site, and during play.
    • Masks may be removed only:
      • As necessary to eat or drink during break times.
      • This must be done while seated at least 6 feet from others.
  • Maintain distance
    • Adjust practices and drills to maintain 6 feet of distance between players.
    • Keep 6 feet apart before and after play, and during breaks.
    • Limit physical contact, including shaking hands, fist bumps, or high fives.
    • Mark benches or put cones up in dugouts to help maintain 6 feet of distance.
  • Reduce crowds

Parks & Rec is now accepting permit applications.

Note: this guidance does not replace the need to follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
