Are you a resident of Overbrook Gardens or business that was affected by the December 10th fire on the 900 block of N 63rd Street?

There may be additional assistance available to you during your recovery from the fire.

Working with the State of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, and Philadelphia Office of Emergency Management, the United States Small Business Association (SBA) has approved a low interest loan program to help in your recovery.

Through this program homeowners, renters, and businesses may qualify for low-interest loan to repair or replace disaster-damaged real estate and personal property.

Although it is a Small Business Association program, it is available for residents that qualify due to the physical damage to the property.
