Bringing new talent to the City by helping with relocation costs and temporary rental assistance.

About

The Workforce Renter Assistance Program (WRAP) recruits talented workers to move to Philadelphia for a variety of jobs with the City of Philadelphia and the School District of Philadelphia.

This program supports qualified individuals interested in a new career in Philadelphia. It provides:

Short-term relocation and rental assistance.
Housing counseling and paths to homeownership.

This program is coming soon as part of Mayor Cherelle L. Parker’s H.O.M.E. Initiative.
