Providing funds to help homeowners who are three or more months behind on their mortgage catch up.

About

The Foreclosure Prevention Grant Program helps homeowners who have fallen behind on mortgage payments and are at risk of experiencing homelessness.

To be eligible for assistance, you must:

Be experiencing a financial crisis and at risk of becoming homeless.
Lack financial resources or supports to avoid delinquency and possible homelessness.
Be able to provide proof of home ownership, such as a deed or tax records.

You must also meet the income guidelines below.
