The Foreclosure Prevention Grant Program helps homeowners who have fallen behind on mortgage payments and are at risk of experiencing homelessness.
To be eligible for assistance, you must:
- Be experiencing a financial crisis and at risk of becoming homeless.
- Lack financial resources or supports to avoid delinquency and possible homelessness.
- Be able to provide proof of home ownership, such as a deed or tax records.
You must also meet the income guidelines below.
