Do you need help with maintaining your household and caring for your children, but don't know where to start or who to turn to? Family Empowerment Services can find ways to provide the assistance you need.
Raising a family and maintaining a household can be extremely challenging. Family Empowerment Services (FES) helps assess the challenges you're facing and provide the support and resources to maintain a stable and healthy family.
FES workers assess your needs and put in place the appropriate services to address them---whether you need help linking to a social or economic service, or could just use some parenting guidance.

To determine whether you are eligible for FES services and to begin an initial assessment, call (215) 683-4000. If you already have a DHS case manager, ask them to refer you.
A FES case manager will come to your house for the initial assessment.
