Philadelphia- Philadelphia children will depart for the second encampment of the inaugural Camp Philly program this Sunday.  Camp Philly is a new partnership between Philadelphia Parks & Recreation and the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA which provides Philadelphia youth with  the opportunity to attend an overnight camp in the Pocono Mountains at Camp Speers YMCA. This is the second cohort of the program to travel to Camp Speers this summer.

WHAT:
Camp Philly campers will leave for the one week overnight camp at Philadelphia Freedom
Valley YMCA Camp Speers in the Pocono Mountains.

78 Camp Philly campers ages 9-12 and their parents
