Philadelphia has worked hard to be a welcoming place for people from all walks of life, from all over the world.  Here at the Office of Immigrant Affairs (OIA) we work hard to ensure the well-being of our immigrant residents, who play an essential role in the civic, economic, and cultural life of our city.

We have made so much progress as a city to truly be the City of Brotherly Love and Sisterly Affection.  As Mayor Kenney has pledged, we will continue to stand up against hate crimes, violence, and anything else that threatens our city’s inclusive and diverse practices.

Below, please find a list of local resources for our refugee and immigrant residents in Philadelphia that can provide legal help and other services. If you need help navigating any of these resources, or you think your organization should be listed here too, please contact our office.

We are always available to serve you.
